Blue Dart Courier

Pathetic service. My shipment reached them 2 days but they haven't delivered it yet. They also changed the status 'customer requested future delivery hal' when I never requested any such thing. Worst experience.

Worst delivery service. My house is just 1 km away from blue dart office and my order has out for delivery at 10:30 AM and still i am waiting to receive myorder at 4:30 PM. Thats worst experience.

My shipment has been returned thrice bcoz of your silly service. Though I visited your office as well the front desk lady checked my consignment and said, we just it today we definitely get it delivered by tomorrow. I also contacted the delivery boy but helpless

No one even tried to contact me, just sent me the message your consignment has been returned...🤔🤔

I've a parcel in Bluedart. They hold up my order for 5 days and didn't deliver to me. What is this service. I got sms that parcel is out of delivery but they didn't even call me and I got sms that can't deliver location is wrong.They even didn't attempted delivery and said location is wrong. After then no one comes to deliver and when I called them after 5 days they ask me to come to office and when I go there they say we can't give you parcel.

Worst delivery experience. I had ordered an iPhone on apple website with a trade in of my old phone. When the delivery guy called, he said they are not authorised for trade in and i had to pay the trade in value in cash to blue dart to receive my new phone. I called up apple customer care and they said they have instructed blue dart to accept trade in. I went to their office continuously for 3 days to sort the matter out but no help was given. At the end they cancelled the order saying that there was additional damage to my old phone and i rejected to pay the difference. Highly unethical from blue dart. Never order online with exchange on websites partnered with blue dart! They dont know how to handle such things and blame the customer for their failure!

Most pathetic service they even don't deserve a single star. They are reluctant to deliver the parcel. If someone have by mistake sent anything by Blue Dart and you have to receive it then you have to go to their office to collect it. Blue Dart is good company but Moradabad branch is notorious for not delivering the parcels. I never use their services but owing to no control over others who generally send me parcels I am trapped in their very worst service practices.

No option for 0 (Zero) star, so have to give one star. Worst courier service.

They took 5 days to deliver my packages after reached it my own city. When I went there to collect it, they said "I can't give it to you, because we are unable to find your package".

When I emailed my issue to their superior, no-one responded.

Called the customer care, their reply was, "our team is working on it you will get the call shortly."

Wrote to their Twitter handle, same reply, "our team is working on it you will get the call shortly."

I tried my level best to get my package timely, but "Worst Courier Services in Moradabad" didn't make it happen.

Blue Dart in Moradabad, is the worst courier service provider. From all over India, your package can reach Moradabad within 2-3 working days but their Moradabad office takes 5-7 days to deliver within the city.
