You must tell them the exact place and should give your contact number as well as that person contact number to whom you are parceling that courier as if in any problem they can call you anytime regarding the place and where it has to be parcelled
You have to write your name on the parcel and the receiver's name as the parcel boy can identify the person easily
They pack your parcel in a safety bag or box as your parcel does not get any damage
They are very cooperative with people
I really liked there service and I parcel all my couriers through DTDC Courier service only
