I had a parcel at this place which is supposed to be delivered at my place. They delivered at my nearest market(not at my home) and yet asked for money. They first call after receiving your parcel at their place and say that there will be delivery charge. If you are agree then they will deliver otherwise you go to their place and collect your parcel.

In Jaunpur, I received the call that there is a parcel and I need to collect from there office. Ideally they need to deliver it to the exact home address, as we get other deliveries from Amazon and Filpkart on same location. This is not good..
