If you didn't want to send courier to consignee, choose blue dart. If there is award for the worst service delivery partner it will definitely goes to Blue Dart, Backend team said raise your complain but nothing will happen, from last two days waiting for my parcel because getting the Out of Delivery message, but the parcel is not received till now, number given by blue dart is not reachable but, by chance you are lucky and able to talk to customers service executive and told them to call the Delivery Boy nothing happens. Thanks God the package is on COD mode , otherwise I will lost my money also.
