DTDC Courier bareilly

Thank you Dtdc ratandeep complex for delivering my parcel at right time. Thanks for your kind support and help. Excellent service and customer support.

I went there on 28th November, there were 4 persons working however nobody is really concerned for customer service. They people sits next to the counter busy in talking on phone and other are were sorrouding here and there only.
I waited there for 25 minutes asked them thrice but they were just next persons name but nobody is responding.
Then I moved to shree maruti courier and they just did my work in 2.5 minutes.
Poor services dtdc not professional

My address is correct and delivery is not even attempted for 2 days in a row and they have added wrong address in the status and I didn't even get any call regarding this.

Very good service by them and staff was very helpful I know price is on higher side but they helped me in sending my courier and updated time to time .
