DTDC Courier

They carry all the stuff in a very negligent way. I asked them to bring my phone by courier and they broke down my iphone and they said they will deliver my phone in 2 days but it took 5 days in delivery. Very poor service by DTDC.

The packet was packed properly at time of shipment but when i received it there was 2 item's missing when i asked them about this they didn't even know what to do when such situation come and the staff here are completely un professional overall it's worst experience here would not recommend anyone to use this service..

Very Bad service related to booking or delivery related.
If your package received at dtdc office he was never delivered within 1 day try to delay more to more than delay and also staff behaviour is very bad not getting response on phone or face to face even that his office owner is good but they've not maintain his management.
Very fire of DTDC and never booked or recommending to Another person for DTDC...

Worse courier service at this location...
No call response, no response for your package...
Staff behaviour is irresponsible...
There are other multiple courier service available nearby please try that...

Pathetic service, not even responding to the calls of customers in case of queries. I would suggest going for speed post or any other Courier services.
These aren't professional at all, don't know what is the difference between shipping and billing addresses.

They refused to do home delivery of my parcel, my location was only 3.8 km from them and they said they can't reach there i had to go there and pick my parcel weighted 14kg.
