Blue Dart Courier Office

Shipment has arrived on 2 Sep 2020 but it could not delivered till 7 sep. I had to picked up and delivery man told me that phone switch ho gya mera tino bar jab mai aapke location pe pahucha isliye nhi deliver hua. He didn't ask to anyone about location. He just lied to me. Worst service. Bluedart Man was also rude with me. He didn't listen to me. I will never suggest bluedart to anyone. Fake shipment status.

Very Poor and Unprofessional behavior by Staff. Total fraudulent. Try some other delivery companies rather then Bluedart in Gorakhpur. Highly Unsatisfactory Service.

Worst service. They never deliver orders at home. They just say that they are not able to find the location.

Good services .. I like blue dart services
They are fast .
They are reliable.

Two three items like guitar has been shipped through blue dart and I faced no problem
And the guitar were quiet expensive
Their handling is also top notch and safe.
But I am giving only 4 star because once they were two day late in delivering and were requesting me to deliver two day late , so I had to visit there by myself to collect the guitar , so one point deducted for that

very rubbish service never give home delivery unless call or visit

Package arrived but they diliverd after one day

Pathetic courier service, there should be an option of zero/ negative rating on google maps.
These guys didn’t call/message and mentioned that the given address is incorrect. I have received more than 1000 packages from other courier and online platforms but this never happened.
Also, I am not the only one, every 2nd or 3rd comment states the same issue.

I called the number mentioned on their website and it’s unreachable, I mailed them and they didn’t respond. They don’t value their customers and have no responsibility and accountability towards them.

It’s better to use Indian postal service rather than using bluedart’s costly and unworthy service.

I mean really, this is the most pathetic organization in the entire country. Government needs to action against this organization. They neither deliver the package, rather provide false information. We can never reach their customer service and worst of all, whether you reach the customer service or not, they charge money for the call.
