DTDC Sangareddy

Delaying in delivery from branch to the customer. Digital status is speed compared to physical. My parcel came 3 days later after seeing the digital status " sucessfully delivered". Worst experience.

Very worst....they said it opens by 9:30 ...now tym is 10:15 still they r not responding....time waste......worst maintainance ...pls ppl don't go to DTDC Sangareddy

I sent parcel to my friend. That is not reached due to unspecified reason.adress is well known place in town.simply parcel came back.wast of time and money.I sent in Speed post now that reached. Thank you!

Awesome service. I had a parcel from Bangalore. I checked in DTDC Website it's in transit mode and reached to Chandanagar, still I contact DTDC Sangareddy. Really awesome reply I received all the packings will be update after 12.30 pm. This information helped me a lot. The person whom I contacted is very very and still he replied me that's the way of treating customers.

Worst dont go anyone to this office. Why because on july 2021, i sent a parcel to canada he taken an amount of Rs.10000/- for this. Even packing was not done properly by this fellows. All food boxes are opened and broken when the person in canada recieved the box. Even giving rating 1 also is worst for this dtdc. There is no negitive rating available here if available I will give negitive rating for this

DTDC courier service is located opposite of New bus stop area in Sangareddy.
DTDC is very oldest courier service very Good Service .

Worst courier service to send or receive, they will not deliver the item stating that no-one is available to and will ask us to pick up. If you send the item it will come back stating that receiver is not responding. Terrible service and arrogant staff. Worst part is that you cannot even reach customer service because there is none available...
