Worst of the worst.
Online tracking is showing that customer asked to reschedule, whereas I didn't receive any call.
When checked online, it shows that within 2 mins of out for delivery , they have changed status to undelivered. They just want the consignee to come and collect the shipment. Very lethargic, let go type of service. No contact number.
