Bad Service I Went from 60 Kl to jindal Market Jalna dist Dtdc Office But Office Was Closed After Call the Person He Replyed Ruffly "I Did not Say To Come Here to Get Parcel"

They never give you doorstep delivery
Everytime we need to go to office and collect the parcel. Is this DTDC BEST SERVICE???
