Best service in state ever experienced...

I had my worst experience.. I sent a parsel to ahemdabad for my cousin of four day prior diwali holiday. They assured us that our parsel will reach within four days safely but now, it's been a whole week and the parcel have not reached yet. I have been calling them since three days non stop. No response. Now...when I knew..I regret it. Regret sending my parcel through THIS curiour express.
