DTDC Courier Services

They literally affected my business guys. Fake promise for timely delivery. The parcel was at hub for more than 4 days and actually they shipped 2 days later from the orogin. On follow up by own, their response was so negative that you can feel like you got punished by yourself.
This has happned to me for 3 time. Congratulations DTDC for a hat-risk.

But Because some technical issues sometimes delay happens.
But Service is very good as compare to metropolitan cities.

DTDC courier service is too much bad
I sent courier in March tracking showing its reached but actual it's in DTDC benglore hub and it reached @ yesterday and customer service phone not pick any one...

It is actually good and satisfied about sending domestic delivery

Shipment delivered another day , when it shows delivered. When I visited to office it was closed when I call them he misbehaved and threatened not going to deliver my order and tell me to do what ever want to do
I have recordings of conversation with franchise partner.
Worst service ever faced.
Parcel was medicines of patients and he says I don't care about patient.

Worst Experience ...Don't expect good service from DTDC....Uneducated Staff...
