Blue Dart Express Limited

I hd ordered a phone through one plus which was supposed to get delivered through these guys. I never recieved the product and the status on their website changed to "delivered". Below the status it was also written "wrong OTP shared". When I went to their office, after one hour of explaination and waiting I was told that the phone was wrongly delivered to someone else and they have raised the ticket. Two days later I get a call from one plus saying bluedart is claiming that they had delivered that product and after opening I hd returned them the phone because I didnt like it. I mean what kind of fraud these guys are doing I am shocked. Please do not order anything valuable through bluedart or else you will also be harrased by these guys.

Worst service, Bluedart staff did not even try to contact me, and said on their own that I requested for a future delivery. Parcel has reached Ranchi 3 days ago, till now no one has bothered to deliver it to me.

Worst ever. No one is providing a real help. My shipment has been out for delivery since 3 days but till today i haven't received the shipment. No contact number of the delivery boy or state hub number is provided. Bass me hota to company band krwa dete.

CLOSE THE BLUEDART SERVICE AT RANCHI ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!. Its a total fraud. I should have seen the reviews before using this service. Its a total scam. They keep it and use it for personal use . They never try to reach you at your address nor do they contact you in your given no. They are also running a scam by providing a fake no.. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!

I always had a very bad experience with Bluedart services. Need to do a lot of follow up with customer care for delivery. And the worst part is that bleudart never share the contact of the delivery guy. So, need to wait for the product to get delivered and at the end of the day, that guy updated the status as location not traceable without contacting us.

This is really a bad experience dealing with Blue dart. The people in the company are not taking the work seriously. They dont bother whether the shipment is picked up and delivered on time. The item is lying with Ranchi warehouse but they are not delivering the item since 4 days.

Wish I could give them less than 1 star! The most pathetic courier service to deal with.
