Actually it is awesome service center of BLUE DART ..
Quality of peoples ,who is working there they treet us like a Friend . They solve our all kind of delivery problems..
I have personally visited there 2 times, and i never take any Bad Experience from there. They are totally best in there behaviour for Customers and all kind of Peoples.

I dont even want to give them one star. They really need to improve their services. Instead of cheating their customers by sending incorrect tracking messages they should focus on improving their services. I received misleading tracking information from their Kurukshetra Division. Very disappointing experience.

Poor service not calling,direct return the item

Yes same here after going to office they don't delivery my card, also when I told him give me your office number and instant i call that number, number is switch off, and he is pretending that out phone battery is low. Last but not least, very bad service by blue dart

This is worst courier service provider company I have ever faced. My payment is deducted two times for the same order, but their sales executive does not provide suitable solution regarding it. Even my ordered product is not hand over to me.
Firstly blue dart does not have enough courier boys. That's why they delayed the order everytime.
Please nykaa, boat, and any other brands please withdraw your services from blue dart.

Worst service provider niether proper communication nor proper delivery ever. Always have to pick it up from the store always 👀

Their service is very useless, they should leave this work and do some other work, they do not know anything about this work.

People here are very polite and always ready to help you out with your order or package

Worst experience I ever had . Pathetic in every sense . I literally begged them to deliver my courier but they messed it big time.
