Worst customer service totally illiterate and irresponsible. Even when you call they are not answering your calls

Worst Service I have ever seen. And moreover the employees kept to answer the call are irresponsible, arrogant. They have no sense how to talk with the customers

Your courier service is very poor and your respective office contact detais are completely wrong uploaded please correct it.
a special request to your courier service higher authority to take some strict action on feedback for your improvement otherwise it's ok.

They mark the tracking status as delivered however neither they call you up nor they are bothered to deliver your product. Pathetic service. DTDC should change their tagline from "Delivering Value" to "Delivering Frustration".

Very poor service
Dont ever send any documents or parcel through dtdc.
They keep the parcel for 15 days and dont even dare to call for delivery.

Worst service ever in vapi. These ppl not bothered to deliver our products, y this dtdc even surviving here. We are spending thousands for parcel, but they are not worried to deliver or to pick up there calls also. Such bad bad service. Will never use dtdc ever again. Such irresponsible delivery.... Very unhappy with this.
