My parcel was with them for days
They did not call did not deliver
I had no number to contact the branch
Had to search number
Called they made me come to their office for parcel
I went
They were unable to find my parcel they took 2 hours to locate it
It was present in their office desk
And told that it was there for days
I think I can't find a worse courier service than this
Also note their website has no tracking information
The number on website doesn't work
The number in tracking details
Doesn't respond or give answers to the query
I would rather go and get a parcel from seller than get it from shree nandan courier service
