I gave zero start for their services. Very Poor service, even not inform by call, and returned the parcel to consignee , Reason shows not answering the call, actually the didn't call me a one's. They should close their office. And sit at home. Useless.

Blue dart courier service at bharuch is worst to very worst services i have experienced. Not even rating capable of 1 star, i ordered 1 live plant from bangal, Habra he send me live plant on 5 nov 22 and expected DOD was 7th, it reaches to bharuch office at 10th , but no one called me , I contact customer care, not reachable as always, I my self reach their office on 14th , and what I saw is my packing is damaged and plant also damaged, I talk to shop person that why you not called me even my courier reaches to your shop at 10th, he replied we were busy , my plant got dead , who is responsible for this worst blue dart service, worst componyver trust

Blue dart is superb but courier staf is soo bed can't reach my parsol many time to my address

Very Very Bad Service. Courier person never call customer and never try to reach consignee and status show we try to teach but not available and never contact ......No phone call...We can not call direct BHARUCH OFFICE....Third Class, worst service provider Blue Dart specially at Bharuch.
