Delivers only to regular areas, no logic of Distance they deliver in Navsari city versus some area which they treat unserviceable.(Places like GIDC, Different Auto Companies' Outlet are much far)
Returns parcel now without any information. Have used service so many times to send articles but don't have courtesy to deliver articles once in a few months.
Only some couriers like this operate in Navsari giving lame excuses.

worst service. to save courier delivery boy amount they call and say yahan aake le jao , apki area main humara service nahi hai. Franchise of DTDC saving crores of rupees by saving a delivery boy amount.
