Dtdc Courier Service

Horrible experience. This courier service company delivered my package at the administration office of my institution without any prior notice or my permission. Atleast they should call once. They did nothing call, message, email. The courier should be delivered direct to the customer this is the unspoken rule that everyone follows. When I went to the office of this courier service they told me that this is mistake of institution. And they changed their office many times , because of this I faced so many problems. Overall very bad experience.
