I'm very pleased with their service.
The person whom I talked there is very gentle and and had a helping nature.Also delivery is done on time at a reasonable rate ,very satisfactory service by Dtdc.

Very pathetic service. My courier never reached its destination. Exceptionally high charges. Customer care doesn't answer calls. Everyone is just unprofessional.
Please dont put your money and things at stake here

Worst in providing service. My package left from Bangalore on 12th and still haven't reached here. Customer care never picks any phone nor attends to any query through mail. Please dont use their service

The courier sevice are meant for hassle free.This very courier is so unresponsive and not empathetic to customer need. If you call them they will prank with ...Ye office nhi hai, Yha koi nhi hai...And keep your call on and let you hear the song and noise around. Terrible !The online updates are even wrong for out of delivery and delivered even.

Most courier companies are pathetic. But DTDC is the worst because it charges the maximum for a nightmarish service- the online tracker doesn't show the status of your parcel; unresponsive customer care; the courier agent might just forward your call to a switched off number if you enquire the second time; they wouldn't even let me know their address lest I show up at their place to collect my parcel nor would they let me know when they would deliver it themselves. My rating for DTDC: -20 stars.

Nice courier in terms of time bound quick delivery. You can check position anytime where your document is, and when n what time delivered to whom.

very poor courrier service provider who don't delivers at door step. They call you to pickup the order bt mentions that they delivered. DESK TO DESK COURRIER AND CARGO don't suits for bhagalpur region.
