Service is a slow, with literally no way to contact the courier service. All you can do is wait for them to deliver. It takes more than 2 days for the them to initiate the delivery process. I don't feel my product safe here after seeing the way they handle the goods

Getting mssg for delivery for past 3 days, but no delivery of shipment. They don't call. Just on their own write that shipment couldn't get delivered. As being customer you don't have any option other than waiting. They don't share their number either.... Worst worst worst.... It should have been -ve star...

The worst courier service ever. The guy reached my address and he denied delivering as he need to come to the first floor as mentioned in my address I think they don't know how to deliver and they should be trained and taught how to deliver. Rude agents. Ridiculous service ever.

Delivery system is very bad. They can't deliver the parcel at time. Such a bad courier service Delhivery.

Update: Apr 2021. From the past few months they are promptly delivering the packages without any delay. Things must have changed here. They also delivered package to my village which is about 4kms away from N.H. albeit I had to stay on the phone with the guy to make sure he reaches there. The delivery guy was sweet and I had no issues.
Suggestion: Please send one delivery guy to one area at least in Villages to save time and your money.

Update: See attached images of an order from Amazon which this company opened and resealed. They might have put in a fake product inside. These kind of behaviour is intolerable. The order was from Appario Services Pvt. Ltd. and they are very professional which means it was done by this courier company.

If you see your package showing at this centre, go immediately and get it yourself. It's much better to just get it yourself otherwise it's your loss. Take your official I card and make sure it's either for the name it was ordered for or it can make a comment for example, I ordered in my father's name and my Driving License as my father.

They delay parcels for more than a week. You can see them holding a lot of parcels.

The customer care of Delhivery is terrible. They never pick up your phone.
And no matter how many times you complain to Amazon or Flipkart, these people don't care.

They are useless and shameless. They are not doing their job properly and they delivered the paid products to any one without giving a single call or attempting delivery, even a single time. worst service
