Worst courier service provider

Went to pickup my courier directly in their office, staffs are coperative and they had given me the courier politely.

Ok

I'm sharing my Experience....When the product arrive at the courier service they can't even call me and Failed the delivery without contacting me and shows the reason that I can't receive their call...you can't find the Number of this courier Service...Worst Experience Ever !

I gone to pickup my courier's so staff is friendly overall. But place is not in good place kind of out of main city area.

Staff are not well professional but response from office Senior staff was good

Service need to be improved
