It's been 5 days since they picked up my return but haven't updated it yet .. because of this my refund is pending.. i have pickup receipt still they are not listening to my concern.. pathetic service by Ecom express. They are the real scammers.. beware of them.

Service is not good providing by E com muzaffarpur hub.some pin code in muzaffarpur district always staff submit in remarks that pin code mismatch and dispatch to patna hub then patna dispatch to other district nearby hub and then deliver other district hub sucessfully.

My pincode 843144 is not good working pickup my product wrost service

Them service is So worst. They Cancelled My Order Without Informed me. If they not be Capable to deliver Order Then why They Teken. They not Have Any professional thing. That how to Satisfied Costumer. Them Service Is so cheap.
