I went to this showroom casually to check if they sell 110 v wet-grinder ( to use in USA where i reside) and felt happy when owner Santosh garu said he will get it in couple of days and as promised it was in store. He also lend the converter to check if its working properly. Excellent customer service.

I visited this Prestige Xclusive showroom for mixer grinder. I saw deluxe ls total model in their catalogue at that time the product was not in their shop but the owner Mr.Santosh garu promised me to deliver the product within a week days but he delivered the product in 4 days that service was awesome. really I liked the way he took it personally and dedicated to the customer service.
