Forest Essentials

Place is good , product range is also good but the female staff was not so courteous. I shop from various forest essentials shops always had pleasant experience with staff courtesy .but at viviana mall the female staff was not upto the class of a luxury products. Dumb and dominating .

I had a horrific experience at forest essentials. I went to buy body mist but thank to there daily traget that they made me buy other products as well i.e face serum and water toner tejal. For which tahir gave me a patch test which had a serious reaction on my skin .My skin got burnt with red rashes and had white patches all over.
I did a purchase of 9k out of which two products which gave me reaction was 5k. I immediately rush to the store as i was in the mall during the reaction as within 10 to 15 min my skin got reaction to the product.I showed them my skin reactions for which they were telling me to put it on my face, as they told me face skin and hand skins are different.They were not ready to refund or give a credit note for this issue.Pathetic service also they judges people on there clothes and they feel you have no calibre to buy there product . Sanpada and takir or tahir not sure thank you for the experience

The customer service was very good. The staff helped by explaining and picking the right product depending upon problem/requirement.

Products are awesome. They are quite expensive but quality and effectiveness balances it.

What a amazing natural concept one must use there products value for money purity at its best
Kudos to the owner now they have multiple stores in India
Specially fragrances are really good i use air freshner have long lasting effect.
Skin care products are also effective.
Look forward to the new introduction too

Good collection of natural products for skin care to body to hair to cosmetic and aroma.
Though products seem to be expensive but after use you will find worth it. Also some products are long lasting.

Housed in Viviania Mall, Thane Forest Essentials provides Good service, top of the line albeit expensive products.

Good products but very bad customer service. Looks like they are given target and just trying to sell somehow with understanding the customer. I had to remind the guy 3-4 time that my skin is super dry. I asked for a small bottle of facewash and he denied saying in stores we don't get smaller packaging. I said I want to try smaller first as my skin is super sensitive but he said it's not available. I told him then I will buy from Nykaa and later when I was billing for other products I bought, he gave me a smaller bottle which he took out from the cupboard right in front without any efforts to look for it. I wanted to just walk out of the store right then but I needed the products so I just got it billed and came. I don't think I will be visiting the store now atleast the Viviana one. Buying from Nykaa is much convenient.

I visited the store during Jan 2020,and I was assisted by Ram Gopal at the forest essential representative,I am thankful for the guided assistance as I bought the multani face wash.I am really happy that it helped me throughout during pandemic.. Thanks for the best products in the beauty industry. I recommend everyone to visit once for their skin concerns.
