Its in phoenix mall pune. Rates of cosmetics are soooo high... Not every one can afford. Other brands are better i think

The host persuaded me to buy an expensive cream which does not suit my face at all. Inspite of asking her for the cream I needed. Very horrible and manipulative customer service and they don’t leave you alone to even think for a minute. Will never trust you guys again.

The staff was very unhelpful and uninterested. Didn’t seem to care about helping us at all, it’s like they don’t want to sell. The counters were also unbelievably unhygienic, we were asked to try a tester lipstick without a fresh applicator. This store does not live up to Sephora standards at all.

Half star from my side, worst experience. The lady at huda beauty counter wouldn't let me touch the lipstick for trial instead showed me the drawer filled with fresh pieces and asked me to select the shades only those wud be given for trial. How would a person figure out the colour from outer plastic packaging?

Extremely rude staff. The moment me and my wife entered the shop; instead of welcoming and asking for what we're looking for, the staff straight away start telling how all cosmetics are expensive here. And they were doing this to every customer entering the store!
The management needs to look into this as they need to understand that every walk in person is a possible customer and Sephora would go under very soon if their attitude towards the customer does not change.

Worst staff evr...they don't know how to talk to customers 😡...just entered in shop with coffee cup mostly all stupid sephora staff together bang on saying not allowed 🚫 as if m carrying some RDX..! OR BOMB etc...kamo learn sum manners...!

Dear Sephore,
I visited your phoenix mall store during black friday sale on a sunday.
You might want to have some serious talk with your hiring team.
1st sales girl at benefit counter : I asked her that i was looking for benefit cheek palette ( blush n bronze) to which she replied "no mam, we don't have. Instead u can go for these single colors" pointing at some other brand. I told her dat i was looking for dat particular palette to which she replies "benefit doesn't have any such palette". (Lack of product knowledge)
2nd sales girl @Anastasia Beverly counter: I asked her discount on pomade, she goes to the counter n comes back with discounted price. I picked 2nd product from d same brand asked for discounted price. Now, she is telling me " Maam, u can pick all the products at once dat u want n den i can tell u which product has wat discount, so i dont have to go to the counter again n again.
I told her i wasn't happy with her services n she replies, Thank u.
I told her i was gona write a review for her bad behaviour and she showed me her name badge.
(Lack of professionism and product knowledge)
