My experience has always been very good. The reception staff are always very courteous and helpful. The employees inside the office are also very co-operative. They are one of the premier EPC companies in the HVAC sector and I have had a fruitful and conducive working relationship with them.

I went for an interview with voltas.
The office is well furnished and has good space.
The interview started an hour late.
The process was smooth.

Completely fraud they are. Pathetic quality product
For the services they have tied with local vendors who again cheat you and will make your experience horrible as you'll be dealing with bunch of goons. Also had a really bad experience with one of the Volta’s customers care representative. Firstly she hung up on us multiple times and also I find the conversation quite misleading. Not at all recommended the customer care representatives are horrible.

Voltas split AC was not working. Chekhed by the service centre representative on 12.05.2021. The unit was taken to the workshop for repairing on 15.05.2021. Not yet returned, and no definite plan has been provided. overall experience is extremely frustrating.
