Unethical builder. Do not value the customer's money. Do not trust this builder. your money is at stake as they extract almost 90-95% amount and delay your possession. They were supposed to hand over the flat in flora fountain March 2019 as per agreement which they have failed and no compensations whatsoever. Still no update regarding possession.

Failed to meet the delivery date.They have taken almost full payment but no updates regarding possession. No body responds even if you try to follow up.Still under construction. Fraud builder .

Very bad service while mutation. Staff is totally unprofessional.Handed over even AC remotes after 1 year and took around 8k extra for it, beware of hidden costs, didn't even inform and helped in property tax mutation, in fact didn't even informed about the same for more than year and half. Totally unprofessional attitude. I have to go several times to office for documents.

very bad experience.The construction is not done well.The tiles in the washroom and common area is broken.I am very upset with the work done .Please do not put your hard earned money in Alcove Reality Projects.
