Reliance Jio , Plot no 32 IT park Sahastradhara Road Dehradun

The staff is very incoorpative as I went there for relocation of jio fibre but none of the staff meet me after waiting for half an hour . I tried to relocate jio fibre since two months but their service are very bad and none of their staff bother it.This type of service from such a reputation company is not acceptable. These have worst service and staff have no professional ethics instead of this their guard are professional. So they must learn some ethics. I recommend not go for this brand because when you need some help they will never help you. Bad bad bad 👎 which make your work hell.

After sale service is very poor !
Jio is made in India, but not made for India .

Plz don’t use jio fiber because when you have problem then
Technician take time to reach you more than 10 days. On other hand Airtel fixes problems within 4 to 5 days ..
Cost of plans dose not matters quality of service or after sale services also matters jio ….

if you are lived in sahastradhara road near touchwood school dehradun 248001 please don't buy it. I am tired of complaining in jio care from 13th of july 2022 and till now i have not received any response so please dont buy it.

Pathetic support from this place and jio on my jio fiber. The sales people do not pick up calls. I have been raising jio fiber service request since the last 5 days and till date no engineer has visited my place . Worst support so far

They think that customers are fool . If you have any issue after you installed jio fibre then do it by your because you can't get any response from fibre team .

1 star is a compliment for jio team , they deserve negative or abusive words

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. These people have no manners and they don’t do their job at all. All they make are excuses. They don’t do their work and they blame the customers. AWFUL SERVICE WITH AWFUL STAFF. Never get jio from this service station.

I am writing this review after experiencing for 1 month. There's a sales person. His name is Shubham Mall. He is a great guy. He always aims to help his customers and even I'm also the one of them. Whenever I call him, he used to answer my call and helps me in every best possible manner
