With good ambience and located in a viewable point. This office provide offices, flats and other facilities like food plaza etc. Offers can be availed if festival season. Not sure how people are but they looked a decent one. Ambience inside here is good and refreshing. Do visit this place if you are looking for flats and office.

Ample free parking on the road. Affordable canteen. Clean and spacious office. Staff is polite but not much informed and with little authority. Office is very organized. Recieved flat after many altercations, delays and escalated price. But all's well as we've atleast got our flat.

I am trying to contact your office but no one is pick up the phone. Customer care number is always going busy. It is very tough to contact your office. I am sending mail so many times but did not receive any reply till date I really don't no what kind of communication between builder and buyer.

Nicely managed sales office. Reach on time and take your token from reception and wait for your turn. Staff is good. Small play area is there to keep kids engaged.

One can also have lunch in their cafeteria, food is good.

The quality of work is poor..Customer service is poor. Charges money when work is not finished are some of salient feature of the this builder. They prey on middle class as they can not afford to fight them for whatever illegal work they do. And can not spend time in court as most of our time is spend in earning livelihood.
The sample you can get when you go to their office. Customer are like boiling pot as they have been charged for no reason and every reason. Boiling point varies depending on people financial situation

Don't book under construction property of Gaurs....booking with this builder is a harrassment and exploitation for your dream home....booked a property at Gaurs Siddhartham post COVID and their revised deadline was March 2022. Offer of possession letter received late in July 2022. Registry done in August 2022... no fit outs done even in 6months after registry.. just keep on visiting possession office and possession staff is of no use, no one is serious about any comittment in verbal or over email... just face day to day harassment and exploitation discussing possession with their possession office staff. We have to keep on extending rent agreement month after month, paying double expense of rent and EMIs..everybody facing same issues... ans those who are in hurry have to accept half fit-out work... poor quakity fit outs or get their fitouts done themselves at their own expense...only god can save from such third class builders.

After service is pathetic… construction is also of bad quality. Their every flat has leakage problem from its upper floor. The phots are just some examples but reality is very bad. They gave possession without any basic amenities to avoid penalty. And now delaying those basic amenities construction like park, swimming pool, community centre for more than 2 years.

It's the main office for Gaur where you can go and sort out your problems related to your home or societies or commercial properties too, need to take token and as per that you can go as per number, maintained well.
