Ola cabs car has been given such a car that I am really happy and I want to keep giving such a solution to our customers always, there is a lot of good money available in this and I can easily go by this Three times, people are also very good and they really want to make them better. All things in the wet hail system is good. The meeting is good and it is good that the good things are good ola. I have liked the thighs and therefore will keep moving and everything is fine

OLA IS NOT AT ALL SAFE IN LKO . Driver stopped the vehicle abruptly on deserted road, misbehaved took payment and left me all alone because he will not get customer to return back to city & FORGET REFUNDING THE AMT. CHARGED BY  MISBEHAVING ON DESERTED ROAD, THE CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT EVEN PICKING UP THE CALL. Since 12:00 am  I am trying to contact customer care but till 8:53 pm prerecorded tape is playing all cust. care executives are busy both( hindi & eng) language. Being a girl left alone on deserted road. If some thing happens, who will be responsible for this?. Driver name was dabloo and vehicle no  UP32JQ9295.

The app has shown an amount of Rs 266 but was charged more. When I checked the breakdown I found that they have charged for parking/toll charge. But cab has neither done any parking nor has given any toll.

The drivers are rejecting the ride after accepting and enquiring destination. Very bad experience. They are rejecting continuously the ride 45 minutes, not ready to go exam centre (Lucknow). Ola please enlist these type of drivers by whom your trust is affecting .

OLA again dissappointed me...regretting to again use there cab. They charged me irrelevent fare for parking and waiting charges both of which were not involved...and on top of that you can not complaint on their app for any inconvenience...finally uninstalled it and will not use this app further..they are a SCAM.

Ola drivers are taking more fare at destination than before booking the ride

Very Bad experience with OLA services and their payments related issue. They changed extra amount over the ride without any privious intimation.
