I purchased their mattresses there was a complaint in gurantee period but they did not replace it. The person who inspected the mattresses gave the opinion that sagging should be more than 25%, which was not mentioned in the warranty card. I am feeling cheated.

1. Very Bad experience with stepwell mattresses. Purchased one from Vasant Kunj dealer , the mattresses were quite uncomfortable for elderlies. Requested them to replace or refurbish but lukewarm response from Vendor and customer care.
2. I am planning to a legal course it has caused back pain.
3. Very poor customer grievances redressal mechanism.

I really had a very bad experience with Sleepwell, I got my 1st mattress in Dec 2021 and it had sagging issues within 2 weeks , raised a warranty claim and got replacement by Jan 22 and within 6 months, new one also started having the same problem. Also there was some difference of 4000+ between my 1st (costlier) and 2nd mattress and I was asked to choose product for this difference, it took 10 months for me to get them, I just received in October 22 and by then 2nd mattress also developed issues and waiting for replacement.
Worst thing is that Sleepwell has a worst customer service they only talk in emails and don't even call customer and say Sorry for what has happened and apologize for inconvenience nothing of that sort can be heard from them. I ran from pillar to post to get the remaining product and now again I had raised claim for 2nd mattress and talking to them on replacement though emails.

I raised warranty claim in October and only 1 week back I got it approved, such a long process. Worst experience and worst customer care, don't even care about customers.

Having got Sleepwell, I lost my Sleep.
