Air India Booking Office

A typical sarkari office. I visited here to collect a estimate for my official foreign tour. Initially the boy was avoiding to provide it immediately giving silly reason that... it would take long time to search... have to check partner airlines... leave your mobile number... come on Monday etc. Only when I insisted he gave it, believe me it did not take more than 5 mins. All services are payable here, I paid Rs. 295/- towards the estimate, which I later realized a waste, because rates were exorbitant, seats are limited, partner airlines are few, staff are reluctant to provide all possible options. It is better to visit private Air India authorized centres.

Clean and calm office , staff behaviour is also satisfactory.

A typical government office where you need to enter with good amount of time and lots of patience. The people work at their own pace. I shared my concern, was asked to sit and wait only later (after 45 minutes) to be told that it couldn't be done.

Air india staff is very rude, last time i travel from abu dhabi to mumbai my experience is worse with the staff they can't listen to me.

Still it is government office with all staff sitting on sofa at reception and doing time pass whole day. The lady I interacted was negative and had ready made answer NO for each query with explanation iska code nahi diya hai hame , abhi iska authorisation nahi , koi manager nahi . Oh . M/ s Tata I emphasize with you and request you to do cleaning quickly so that you become profitable otherwise these air india old staffs will let you down and you shall make huge losses year on year like air india did and wasted tax payers money . Now i see SBI and other government banks changing their approach and they are becoming customer friendly but when air india employees will understand ?

Damaged my suitcase from my journey from delhi to Lucknow. Surprised not damaged from my journey from London to delhi. Didn't pick up my suitcase as they were supposed to pick up from my relatives house and ended up going to their office and resolved by paying for replacement one day before leaving india. Could of resolved quicker if picked up my bag as promised.

Very good experience... Very helpful staff... I went for my online transaction issue and they helped me in every possible way.... Finally my tickets got generated... Big thanks to the staff...
