I am writing this email to share the pathetic experience that I had during my stay at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar.
I had asked you to book a comfortable hotel room for 17th Aug 21 as it was my wedding day and wanted to relax after the ceremonies, and you had recommended Hotel Radisson for me.
Let me share my horrible experience with you - Just after 10-15 min of booking i requested for bathroom slippers and when i went to receive the same, the door handle broke and came out. This was really shocking and could have been a serious security issue in case of any emergency. I called the reception but no one came to check the same for another 15-20 mins, so i had to call again and then an executive came after about 10-15 minutes.
Then I ordered a Half portion of Tandoori Chicken and one Biryani, after 15 min of placing the order the chef called up to check the order which was quite amusing; and not only that they sent me the Bill for the full portion of Chicken. I left a note on the bill and again after 20 min another person came back with the rectified bill.
By this time my night was already spoiled by the lousy service provided by the hotel.
Secondly, when I woke up in the morning to make the cup of tea for myself and my wife, the kettle did not work. I had to call the operator to send someone and once again no one arrived to check my problem. I had to call again and then a lady came to check the things and she found out that the base of the kettle was not working.
My agony did not end here; the receptionist gave me an inflated bill mentioning the items of the mini bar which I had never consumed. After explaining her for around 10-15 min she realised that the staff had posted the items twice! Wow!
All in all, the best day of my life was ruined by this experience and my wife was also quite upset about all this.
Now I want you to personally look into the matter and contact the hotel and provide me the FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.
This kind of service is neither expected nor acceptable from a brand like Radisson.
