Begger use to walk in this govt area, nobody restricts begger for entry while at the gate there are guards. Everyone asks for bribe. Avoid bribe.

Be cautious In Saharanpur civil court , it's full advocate zone. Never believe at first sight .

Very Conditions of the Court. It don't expect that the High Court even not inspect the buildings of Saharanpur District Court Building. No proper navigation for any of Courts. There was no chart or Board have proper layout of courts.
So I request to the Honble High Court Judges to Inspect the Saharanpur Uttar Pradesh District Court.
