One of the worst railway service and especially at the dalhousie road road railway station because the staff is very less due to which the person who is supposed to close the gate closes it 30 minutes before the train arrives and opens it 30 minutes after the train leaves , and when we tell him that its wrong and what would happen if some emergency comes upon us , he just casually said i can't do anything. And doesn't even know how to talk properly . Please see to this it's been over an year and this is becoming a serious problem
