Had a very bad experience. I waited their for about half an hour for purchasing a new sim. Later the security said better you buy it from the retailer which cost more than the real price. I didnot get if that's the final suggestion you give to customers then why make them wait.

Not so good response towards the Public who came here with a ambition thar this centre will resolve the issues belongs to their JIO connection. All the staffs are always gave priority & loyalty only towards the shopkeepers who sell their products. For public 🤫

Situated at Gopal Ballav Road ,Near to District Judge Court & Tahasil Office,Puri.
This place is famous for Medium Range & Low Budget Hotels near to Sea Beach. You can easily find a Hotel in between 500 to 1500 Range. Avoid Local Auto or Brokers to get best deal else you have to pay 30-40% more than the tarif. Bargain is must here...

Very bad behaviour of staffs they thought they are ambani themself and behaves like that.

Staffs are not understanding. They are very rude to their customers and not helpful

Worst place staff behaviour is very unprofessional and fraudulent activity

Once again such good response from Sunil Mohapatra (Desg: Senior DRS ). Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills and technical awareness. Solved my issue as per requirement and as per expectation best service :)).
