Most of the time they disconnect the power and in the pandemic maximum people are having work from.home and such disconnection create a lot of problems

Worst experience with the service

ONE OF THE BEST DEPARTMENT OF ODISHA FROM THE BOTTOM. THEY ARE THE GREAT ACHIEVERS TO CUT THE LIGHT EVERY SINGLE NIGHT FROM 2AM TO 5AM AS THEY THINK THEY ARE HELPING US TO TURN OFF THE LIGHT FOR THAT REASON WE HAVE THE SWITCH BUTTONS

Do not know if they are trained or hired by taking bribe. I am from a villege in bargarh district. The light is cut most often. Almost 2 3 hours of cut in every 30 mins approx. Its the worst as per the modern living standards. They dont care about the complaints and even they solve minor issues the cuts are persistent. Bulk of corrupt and unprofessional jokers working atleast in bargarh division.

Just for update...this is Tata power now.

Infrastructure is not good. Should have boundary wall. Unnecessary parking are there. People always seen to sit and gossiping in front of the office building.

Plzz change this telephone number...... It was always out of service...... If the number is not working then posting electric office number is value less.... Totally disgusting.....
