They ask to sign service bonds for majority of employees. I worked with them for 2 years and resigned as they were not paying salaries ontime. But, when I asked for experience certificate they demanded 2 lac rupees, which is the bond amount. The best part is that they get the bond signed but they never share a copy of the same with the employee who signed the bond. Life in Jalgaon office is pathetic with useless and old fashioned rules. No tea/cofee to employees.... they say that tea/coffee is harmful to health....I wonder why they dont serve nutritious drinks like fruit juices etc..🙄🙄
