Idiots can't even give us onfoabout why have you been charged with fake booking. These people say that the customer was fake. Why the hell you fidntd tell me about it when i received the booking. Nutsheel software of a million dollar company. Idiots filled in the customer care who don't know to solv problem. All they do is disconnect your call. I think UBER is preferable as it givesore incentives and doesn't specifically says that this booking is a fake one. Idiots filled in the call center who have no info about it. I told to take the customer on conference. Thet did not agree to it. These people are so rude you cant even imagine thos whole investongmore than 7 lakh for a car to run in OLA.

Very nice office with knowledegble staff, they solve problems in few mins, i went for the car attachment and they did it in few minutes, and saved lots of my time, happy with my experience

I wish there was a 0 or negative rating.. The way your drivers treat the passenger is awful.. They try to extort extra money as per their own will and then abuse the passenger in public if denied anything more than the fare.. Kudos to your company and the kind of employees u hire..
