From appointment time to finish took around one hour. It would hv been much earlier if all biomatrix counters were open. Also computer had problem so biomatrix had to be dn 2-3 times. Overall ok experience. But they can really do the same work in less time. Staff was very good. Google maps had perfect route and location, so reached on time inspite of Mumbai traffic.

Paucity of parking. No space to wait for applicants who travel from far off and arrive earlier than expected for the want of not getting late. Centre needs to consider this and create a specific area for people from far off destinations to wait. However, processing is normally on time without having to wait much.

Service was okay. Just a warning from an experience we had. They insisted that the biometrics be done again even though we had completed another Schengen application and provided Biometric details just over a year ago.
Only after the biometrics was completed were we told that it was optional, and that we would be charged about 1500 for the same. Money making is the priority as usual.

Overall experience was good. Number of walk-in were gradually increased after 12pm. Local transportation need to be escalate who are coming from out of State.

Effeceient service. Clean area BUT no arrangement of tea/coffee even on payment for people waiting and spending upto 3 hrs. Waiting area outside is horrid as people have to wait on the broken road with heavy traffic, no footpath, only dug up land. France government should seriously look at it.

Wow, it was a great experience. I would recommend other to get appointments here, if you can. I have travelled all the way from Bangalore as I was not getting appointments in early slots. This was worth enough.

Tanish was so helpful he literally went late for Lunch and gave priority on my form processing. As I have to get few additional prints, he waited for me to return and complete the process.
