A great company working for common people of India. A company offering various government to citizen services like aadhar services, PAN card, land records. Also offers financial services like para banking in remote areas like small cash withdrawals, deposits, distribution of insurance and so on. It so offers last mile logistic services thru it's Network.

I am a vakrangee franchise since April 2017. (Which somehow started in 2018 January because of their working style!)
Company had not fullfilled its promises. Even after 1.5 years and a payment of approx 5.46 lakh rupees they are not giving branding in my outlet as promised earlier at the time of making payments.
I have already contacted to their officials but nothing has been fixed. They are ignoring my phones, mails etc.
Feeling cheated!!! Thug people.

Good outlet. Recharges, Bill payment, Online Shopping, Online medicine, Online Bus booking... all services available.

Management has turned crazy they cab even take lives of employees for their targets.
Employees even have to work on Sundays, their approved leaves are cancelled by management anytime. And the worst part is employees have to ask HR permission for going home.
Please don't go for the job here people working here are already regretting their decision for choosing vakrangee.
Management and HR will go to any extend to torture employees. They think employees don't have personal life for them employees are robot who don't get tired management expects people to work 24/7 without break.
No sick leaves no casual leaves and if employee takes leave salary is deducted.

I have bad experience with your customer care as well as your head office PR. Centre at your head office, MIDC Marol refused to accept the deposit of Union Bank.

It's was wonderful got a parking too

I has joined the company on 26th may 2020 as per the record after submitting all the require document and agreement. they made me take loan from Union Bank of India for ATM Machine, Loan was disbursed on 24th Nov-20 and paid directly to the Vakrangee Ltd. they sent hardware kit on 10-02-21, and ATM Machine was sent on 24-03-21. I had Paid of Rs. 3,18,599 for New ATM Machine and hardware kit fee with BC point, but they sent me Refurbished Machine with the Invoice Price of Rs. 132,250 with GST. and saying that it is new ATM Machine. till today they have been not provided me the BC point, and not solving the ATM Machine Issue. from last more then one and half year, I am fulfilling every demand of their process, but till today no solution of my Case. in this case I fill the company is a trap for me, because they wasted my days and year giving me hope for good, Till today I has only loss and frustration.
