Extremely Poor after sale service, connectivity stopped after 8 hours of installation, complain committed timeline to send Engineer.

No one turned up and just mentioned customer was not available at home ..

Broadband in our area is not working since 2 days.
There is no resolution moreover no response from the team.
During wfh times if the broadband is not working for more than 48 hours, we seriously need to think about migrating to better options available. Airtel has lost its credibility these days

Lady in charge sitting there is that corporate employee who just show up there to get salary and don’t give a flying ef about job. Once she literally asked me for OTP before resolution, and didn’t even inform what its for. I told her but my problem is not resolved, she was like we will get it done soon. Airtel if you ever read this I have literally raised complaints dozens of time everytime they just reset network and ask for OTP and done for the day. Jio service is pretty good in the area. Only reason I don’t switch is for the hassle. I hope you actually “look” into the issue and don’t just apply the patch.

Very bad service by airtel Ratlam team.They will take longer time to resolved the issue.there team don't know the actual technical support. Just they know to do hard reboot.I am following past 3 days but still my issue is not resolved. No use of taking airtel broadband request all members to think before taking the connection you will suffer a lot. Even they don't resolved the internet issues also within 2 days.Very bad service given by airtel Ratlam Madhya Pradesh Team.

I was applying for wifi connection and they told me for wait for 3 4 month now its almost 7 month completed and they still not provided wifi connection in my locality worst service ever. And after that i applied for dth they told me for 4 hour installation service now almost more than 14 -15 hour completed and dth still not working then i called mr amritpal for this isssue they ask for wait and their behavior is also not good.
Never expected this types of service for airtel.

Very small size office situated on in the stadium market of Do batti.
All type of Airtel services are provided here like Mobile and DTH recharge, banking, Airtel black etc.

Wifi connection if very poor. your service is very poor infact there is no service.It get off 3 to 5 times a month 🤬😡

Very poor service. The workers don't even know how to install a Airtel xstream fiber correctly.
