No measure taken to handle customers during this pendemic. I've visited several times and the most common problem occurred is "Server Down" And you need to be ready to move from desk to desk to resolve your problem.

When you asking something for loan nobody reply to you which person helps to you, oneday i asked to peon ".......".is where? He replied "i dont know "......" but I show that he was sit on first chair, than why????

Good supportive banks only for loans. Also few staff are bit arrogant but else are best at thier service..
