Pathetic people. Irresponsible and 0 knowledge of pipe fitting. Broke the tile while drilling. Damaged other water line as well while drilling. N left after doing all these. No response at all..

Got the information of VGL CNG station from Mr.Swapnil Sir as required. Request for providing a waiting chair outside office area where electronic door access placed for entering in office.

We had worst experience with vadodara gas for new connection.
It tool 6 months and 100s of follow ups to get the work done.
Worst service and management.

Not giving new connections in some areas where they already provided connections.

Staying in Sardarnagar Nizampura Vadodara. 5 times applied for connection. VGL refused, Reason: Measurements not coming... !!!

As a customer we want connection ! Measurements not coming etc is your technical fault.

Extremely bad experience. I have paid Rs 5080 in December, 2020 and they have not provided me connection even though it is almost a year now. My society already has the requisite infra but they are inordinately delaying it for reasons best known to them. I also visited their office twice located near Railway station (platform no. 6 side) and on both the occasions they told me that the contract was being renewed. Is it not their responsibility as well to inform the applicants if they are facing any issue? Consumers are always at the receiving end.

Very bad services of entire system.
I have paid of Rs. 5080 on dated 31.03.19 vide receipt no 04200 and still my connection is pending. However in my society everyone get connected who had paid at that time. I hv lodged the complaint at least more than 50 times vide complaint no D10060077 but no one respond till date. I hv complain to every branch offices over phone even to contractor who was done the work at society. Hence no need to further explanation to recommendations.
