I am working with Stemmons since 06 years now, I would like to share my experience with you all of you regarding my work. I am very much greatful to be a part of Stemmons Family. Stemmons always values there's employees. It's been such a great honor for us to be a part of Stemmons Family. Recently Stemmons have nominated me for "The Times Of India Super Employees of the Year 2022" which leads to my career growth and remind me about my goal to achieve for my company. I am very much thankful to CEO, my Manager, my Team and other Teams as well who directly or indirectly help me in my growth. The best companies hire for attitude and personality. The attitude can be great, but the applicant's personality must fit the culture.

They aim to hire more than 10k people for 16k to 21k thousands salary in majority departments throughout employee's service. you can imagine what they want. every month average around 10-13 employees leave and and same join.

**Secret informers** of managers get recognitions

job timings :
female : first shift and general shifts,
male : only second shifts and night shifts, they don't even pay shift allowance.

This firm don't allow phone usage, but managers use phone secretly when no one watch and in washrooms. also there is absolute ZERO facility to learn new soft skills and management skills.

There is 1 year security bond of joining but not year end bonus for all employees.

STRONGLY CONDEMINING THEIR MONEY HUNGER NEGATIVE ETHICS. THEY DEPOSIT EMPLOYEE'S SECURITY BOND AMOUNT FULLY EVEN IF EMPLOPYEE HAVN'T OFFICIALLY RESIGNED. THEY CUT SOME AMOUNT OF SALARY OF EVERY EMPLOYEE'S EVERY MONTH IN THE NAME OF MEDICAL POLICY CHANGE AND VICE VERSA. THEY DON'T INFORM WHAT CHANGE IS HAPPENED. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD IN THE NAME OF AGREEMENTS.

MARATHI nepotism in work culture, stemmons is known for it's secret marathi corporate policy. there is lot of talk about religious hate, casteism, employees openly discuss their bhrahmin privilages, they talk about caste disrimination.

Is it good to have such kind of elements present in work culture?
LET'S PRAY THEY WORK TO REMOVE THIS TOXIC ELEMENT IN PROFESSION

*THE LEGENDARY UNSKILLED MANAGERS*

Almost all department have managers who are unskilled, more expert in corporate politics. insecure *marathi lobby*, they act like bossy but they don't have leadership ethics. some literally seems like looking for dating and relationships.

Person expert in bootlicking will have promotions (only designation, forget about salary hike). their duty is not to make you skillfull and utilised but to monitor you. they even monitor how many times an employee go to washroom, this is not good at all.

MANAGERS IN DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS ARE LIKE THEY WON'T BE EVER SELECTED ANYWHERE, ANYMORE. THEY MIGHT BE UNABLE TO GROW THEIR CAREERS IN PAST AND THEN JOINED STEMMONS.

If accidenlty you are seen talking to any female employee, they would be staring you negatively. sometimes, they ask you to avoid such intereactions. this is less likely to be happend but it happens there.

First of all i would like to talk about the management, it's worst. They don't stick to their words, they will force you to take the decision they want to make. And the politics is on whole other level.
Now if i am talking about the environment so its like school. They focuses on events more than work.
And the growth rate is very low, you won't go anywhere if you even work here for 3-5 years or so.
So please ask anyone who's working their before joining this company or you will regret it later.

I am writing this review after working for 10 years with the company. I would like to share work experience with the company. It is one of the very good Company of Vadodara to work with. Company has employee friendly work environment and a unique culture. Company conducts several events and Celebrations at regular interval for employees and at the same time giving equal emphasis on delivering quality work to clients. It improves overall personality of the employees. Company supports employees very well especially in their difficult time. Company recognises employees’ efforts very well and provides recognition at regular interval of time. Management Team is very strong, they always make sincere efforts to improve standards of company every time. It is one of the safest office for female employees and gives equal opportunities for growth. Besides that indoor and outdoor sports activities, insurance and in house canteen are other benefits. I am thankful to all my seniors and colleagues who supported me during completing 10 years with the company.
