good cooperative staff and 24 hours serving to public with broad jurisdiction

When you try to call 100 service, they either won't pick up the call or else you'll get the busy line for hours. 100 is emargency line and what if someone is in trouble and needs urgent help? This police station needs to know the importance of it.
