I have a very bad experience with Assotech Business Cresterra, Sector 135 Noida, Security head of Assotech Anubhav Jaiswal don't know how to treat Business Owners, his office is actually to detain Business owners not to help, My suggestion till Anubhav Jaiswal is there don't even try to Buy or Rent it out, Might Assotech know how to handles Business Clients but Anubhav is dont have anubhav to handle clients.. Builder had potential to make it a happening place But he simply sold to investors ...and No proper leasing and anchors
With Advant just across the road..which has proper brands, leasing and variety........this place has nothing to offer
The street vendors market on road just opposite this...have more variety and feel.....and thereofr atracts more foodies
