I approached M.K.Desai and Associates legal firm in 2019 for my legal matter.They took more than half of the payment in advance from me without even before starting my case. Since then I have been suffering with them. In COVID the head of the firm Late Shree M.K.Desai passed away. Post that their son Mr Maharshi Desai and daughter Mrs Nidhi Desai took over my case. Not a single time they were active about my dates in courts. I had to push hard each and every time to appear for each date. I never get the direction what needs to be done legally. Now, when I decided to change my attorney they are forcing me to pay extra money. They are denying to give NOC and putting me in awful condition. This is very odd situation where people who are implanted in the system to provide justice, themselves cheating and doing wrong. They are taking liberty of my situation and putting pressure on me to pay extra money which is not justifiable.Don't go by fake reviews.Here I see Maharshi Desai himself has rated his own business/service.
