Location is very good. There is Thane grand Central Park just besides the project. Also upcoming Thane-Bhiwandi metro station is there with 1-2 km from project. Many Malls (high street, viviana, korum , R mall), shopping centers (big bazaar, dmart) hospitals and schools & colleges are also within 3-4 km from project.

Very nice complex with all amenities..Near to upcoming Metro station..5 Minutes drive from Majiwada..New Central Park is also nearby..

Good place, nice work by DOSTI. Good Construction work. Nice buildings

No builder can match it's carpet to rate cost

We purchased a 2 bhk in dosti cedar in 2019, with the builder promising a 2021 April possession. Please only take the rera date as final as all other promises are fake. What they show and promise u is never delivered. Till date OC has not been received. Only fake promises, despite multiple meetings with them. They use your hard earned money to fund their future projects, build up to a certain slab and then completely slow down the work till the rera date.Not at all trustworthy and would not recommend this project to anyone. Most positive reviews are fake, from brokers and their employees. Don’t go by them
